In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, AdPilot AI has designated a Grievance Officer to address user complaints concerning the Service, content, and processing of personal data.
1. How to file a grievance

2. What to include in your grievance
- Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
- A clear description of the issue, including URLs, screenshots and timestamps where relevant.
- The outcome you are seeking.
- Any prior reference number from earlier communications with us.
3. Response timelines
- We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within forty-eight (48) hours.
- We will resolve the grievance within fifteen (15) days from receipt, in accordance with the IT Rules, 2021.
- For data-protection grievances under the DPDP Act, we will respond within the statutorily prescribed period.
- Complex matters may take longer; if so, we will keep you informed of expected timelines.
4. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate your data-protection complaint to the Data Protection Board of India, established under the DPDP Act, or pursue any remedy available to you under applicable law. For content-related grievances, you may also refer the matter to the Grievance Appellate Committee notified under the IT Rules, 2021.
