This Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work at AdPilot AI. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Billing Policy.
1. Monthly subscriptions
AdPilot is offered on a recurring monthly subscription, charged in advance via Razorpay (and, in future, Stripe for international customers). Current pricing and included credits are shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Each billing cycle grants you a monthly allowance of generation credits as described in our Billing Policy.
2. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file. We send a renewal notice in advance where required by applicable law or by your payment method. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain access to paid features and any remaining credits until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of the current cycle.
4. Refund eligibility
Because the Service is a digital, immediately consumable product and AI generations incur non-recoverable infrastructure and model costs, all payments are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described below:
- Duplicate payment: if you are charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Failed service: if a confirmed AdPilot-side outage materially prevents you from using the Service for more than 48 consecutive hours during a billing cycle, you may request a pro-rata service credit or, at our discretion, a partial refund for the affected period.
- Unauthorized payment: if you can demonstrate that a payment was made without your authorization (e.g. compromised account), we will investigate and, if confirmed, refund the relevant charge.
- Statutory rights: nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
5. No partial refunds
Except as expressly stated above, we do not issue partial refunds for unused credits, unused days in a billing cycle, plan downgrades, or features you choose not to use.
6. Manual refund requests
To request a refund, email billing@adpilot.ai from the email address associated with your account, within seven (7) days of the disputed charge. Please include your account email, the transaction reference, the invoice number, and a brief description of the issue. Requests received after this window are at our sole discretion.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days from approval. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.
8. Chargebacks and fraud
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account pending investigation. We cooperate with Razorpay and card networks to dispute chargebacks we reasonably believe to be invalid. If a chargeback is ruled against AdPilot in your favor, the corresponding subscription will be cancelled and related Generated Content licences may be revoked. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may be reported to law-enforcement authorities and credit bureaus where permitted.
9. Free trials and promotional credits
Free trials, promotional credits or discounts are provided at our discretion, have no cash value, and may be modified or revoked at any time, including for suspected abuse.
