This Billing Policy describes how subscriptions, credits, invoices and taxes work at AdPilot AI. It supplements our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Pricing
Current plan prices, credit allowances, and any add-ons are shown on our pricing page or in your order form at the time of purchase. All prices are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless we say otherwise. We may support additional currencies and payment processors over time.
2. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file (currently Razorpay e-mandate, UPI Autopay, cards, or net banking, subject to your bank's support). You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
3. Credits
- Each paid subscription includes a monthly allowance of generation credits, as shown on the pricing page or in your order form at the time of purchase.
- Credits are consumed when an AI generation succeeds. If a generation fails due to a provider error, credits are refunded automatically.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle in which they were granted.
- Add-on credit packs (if offered) follow the expiry rules stated at the time of purchase.
4. Payment failures and grace period
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry the charge for up to seven (7) days and notify you by email. During this grace period, your account remains active but new generations may be restricted. If payment is not received within the grace period, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free tier (where available) or suspended.
5. Taxes
Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, duties, levies or withholdings, which will be added to your invoice as required. For customers outside India, applicable local taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) will be charged where required. You are responsible for any taxes payable by you under applicable law (other than taxes on our income).
6. Invoices
Invoices are issued in electronic form for each successful payment and are available in Settings → Billing. You are responsible for keeping your billing and tax details (including GSTIN, where applicable) accurate and up to date.
7. Price changes
We may change prices and credit allowances from time to time. We will give you at least thirty (30) days' notice by email or in-app before a price change takes effect for your existing subscription. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact billing@adpilot.ai before initiating any chargeback. Disputed amounts are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Future payment processors
We currently use Razorpay as our primary payment processor. We may add Stripe or other processors in the future to support international payments. Payment-method-specific terms of the relevant processor apply in addition to this Policy.
