AdPilot AI is a generative tool. This AI Usage Policy explains what AI outputs are, how to use them responsibly, and what we do and do not promise about them. It supplements our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Responsible AI Policy.
1. AI may make mistakes
AdPilot uses large language and image-generation models from third-party providers. These models are probabilistic and can produce outputs that are inaccurate, biased, outdated, nonsensical, or offensive, even when the input is reasonable. Model behavior may change over time as providers update their systems.
2. You must review every output
You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving all outputs before publishing, distributing or otherwise relying on them. Do not assume that an output is correct, safe, non-infringing, or compliant with any specific advertising platform's policies.
3. No guarantee of accuracy or fitness
We make no representation or warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, original, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose, audience, channel or jurisdiction. Outputs are provided "as is".
4. No professional advice
Outputs do not constitute and should not be relied on as legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, safety, regulatory, or other professional advice. You should obtain advice from a qualified professional for any such matter.
5. No use for misleading or deceptive advertising
You must not use AdPilot outputs in advertising that is false, misleading, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Advertising Standards Council of India ("ASCI") code, or comparable laws in jurisdictions where you advertise.
6. No defamation or impersonation
You must not use the Service to generate content that defames any person or entity, or that impersonates a real person, public figure or brand without their authorization.
7. Sensitive categories
Take particular care when generating content related to health, finance, children, legal rights, elections, religion, ethnicity, or other sensitive topics. We may refuse or restrict generations that we reasonably believe pose unacceptable risk.
8. Disclosure
Where required by law or by the platform on which you publish, disclose that content was generated or assisted by AI.
9. Reporting issues
If an AI output causes harm or appears to violate our policies, please report it to abuse@adpilot.ai. Bug or safety issues with the models themselves can also be sent to security@adpilot.ai.
