Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules you must follow when using AdPilot AI. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We may update this AUP from time to time. Violations may result in content removal, suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of credits, and reporting to law enforcement.

1. Prohibited content and activity

You must not use the Service to create, upload, generate, store or distribute:

  • Content that is illegal under Indian law or the law of any jurisdiction where the Service is used or the content is published.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, publicity or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk advertising, or content distributed in violation of anti-spam laws.
  • Malware, viruses, ransomware, worms, or any code intended to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to systems.
  • Phishing pages, credential-harvesting flows, or content that impersonates a person or brand to deceive.
  • Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination or violence against any group based on protected characteristics.
  • Sexual content, pornography, or content that sexualizes minors in any form.
  • Fraudulent schemes, "get-rich-quick" scams, fake reviews, or deceptive advertising.
  • Content that promotes, glorifies or facilitates real-world violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal weapons or drugs.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or content that violates privacy.
  • Deepfakes or synthetic media that depict an identifiable real person without their explicit consent, particularly for political, sexual, or defamatory purposes.
  • Content designed to manipulate elections, mislead voters, or impersonate public officials.
  • Misleading medical, financial, legal, or safety claims.

2. System abuse

You must not:

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except as permitted under our Security Policy.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, credit accounting, or other security or access controls.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, model weights or prompts from the Service, except as permitted by law.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to develop a product or service that competes with AdPilot, including training or fine-tuning AI models on outputs of the Service.

3. Credit abuse and account integrity

  • Do not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits or to evade suspensions.
  • Do not exploit bugs in the credit, billing, or generation systems. Report them under our Security Policy.
  • Accounts are intended for use by a single business or workspace. Sharing credentials across unrelated organizations is prohibited.

4. Third-party platforms

When you publish AdPilot outputs on third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google or any ad network), you must comply with that platform's policies. We are not responsible for rejections, takedowns or penalties imposed by those platforms.

5. Reporting violations

To report a suspected violation of this AUP, email abuse@adpilot.ai with as much detail as possible (URLs, screenshots, timestamps).

6. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion, remove content, disable features, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities. Where appropriate we will give you notice and an opportunity to remediate, but in serious cases (including illegal content or active abuse) we may act immediately.
