Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how AdPilot AI uses cookies and similar technologies on its website and in the Service. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage and secure HTTP-only tokens to support authentication and session management.

2. Categories of cookies we use

2.1 Strictly necessary (always on)

  • Authentication: to keep you signed in and to maintain your session securely.
  • Security: to prevent cross-site request forgery, detect abuse, and enforce rate limits.
  • Load balancing: to route requests through our infrastructure (e.g. Cloudflare).

These cookies are essential to deliver the Service and cannot be disabled in our systems.

2.2 Preferences

  • To remember UI choices such as theme, language, and last-used view in the dashboard.

2.3 Analytics

  • To measure aggregate usage (page views, feature engagement, performance metrics). We configure analytics to minimize personal data, use IP truncation where supported, and retain data only as long as necessary.

2.4 Advertising (future)

  • We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add them in the future, we will update this Policy and obtain consent where required.

3. Third-party cookies

Some third parties may set cookies on our site, including Cloudflare (security and performance), Razorpay (payment widgets on billing pages) and Google (when you use Google OAuth sign-in). These cookies are governed by the relevant third party's privacy notices.

4. Managing your preferences

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will impair your ability to sign in or use the Service. Where required by law, we will present a cookie banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies.

5. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation or our practices. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
